statement. any documentation must be produced within 72 business hours.

step 3: an equity coordinator will process your documentation,
order necessary reports, and set up a signing appointment around your schedule.
step 4: documents are signed, in your home (or designated
location), at your convenience.
step 5: your equity coordinator receives all signed documents.
final check that everything is completed, signed, and in order.
equity coordinator sends your loan to the funding group.
step 6: our funding department writes you a check (or your
creditors) and sends it off!
